Dan has been in real estate for 12 years, the last seven with RE/MAX, where he has honed his skills in the Luxury Home Market in the South Bend/Granger/Elkhart Indiana, and Southwest lower Michigan, which includes the shore of Lake Michigan and the many recreational lakes of the region. He is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and is an E-PRO and C-CREC professional. His strengths are knowledge, follow up and getting the job done. About Dan

Having moved 5 times in 7 years for a company, we have empathy for all of you that relocate to this or any area. After being moved here in 1993, I decided to stay, enough already.

I am married with three children, coach t-ball and have also coached girl’s softball. For the last five years I have performed in the Nutcracker Ballet with my daughters and son. (No I did not wear tights)

My strengths are knowledge, follow up (same day-24 hours), an educator, a hands off approach until you need or request my services and the ability to know when I am out of my league. I call myself a facilitator. I work for you until after the sale is done.

My heroes are those that whatever their endeavors, have the ability to change their way of doing business to maintain and improve.
